Locker Request

Locker Requests

Please read the following guidelines before proceeding, as changes have been made to our locker request process.

Locker Requests must be submitted yearly for returning students and will be accepted two weeks prior to the first day of classes. All requests must be submitted using the below form. Once you submit the form, someone in the Music Office will email you with a locker number and combination per your request. Those in need of a large locker for their primary instrument (e.g. cello) will be given first priority. You may not request a large locker for the purpose of housing multiple smaller instruments until after all primary instruments in need of a large locker size have been accommodated. In most cases, multiple small lockers for these instruments can be provided, and can even be assigned next to each other or in the same area. Due to the limited number of lockers in our facilities, the Music Office cannot guarantee a locker of a particular size. If you plan on borrowing a UConn instrument for the semester, please take out an instrument loan before requesting a locker here. Please store the UConn instrument in the locker it was assigned to, and store other belongings there if possible. Thank you!
