Curt Blood
Instructor of Clarinet

Curt Blood is a lecturer in music, teaching clarinet at UConn. He has been principal clarinet with the Hartford Symphony since 1982 and has performed with the Harkness Festival Orchestra since 1988. Blood is a graduate with distinction of the New England Conservatory with a bachelor’s degree in music and was the recipient of a Tanglewood fellowship. He has performed under the baton of Leonard Bernstein, Kurt Masur and Seiji Ozawa.
