Charisma Farrington

Undergraduate Technical Director of von der Mehden Recital Hall


Charisma Farrington is the Undergraduate Technical Director at von Der Mehden Recital Hall located at the University of Connecticut in Storrs. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s of Arts in pre-law psychology at the school of College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She is a graduate from George Washington Carver Collegiate Academy in New Orleans, Louisiana where she graduated top of her class and won a Nancy Liberman Award. Throughout her time here at the University of Connecticut Charisma plays volleyball, marches the tuba in the marching band, and has sung in multiple choirs.

Charisma has served in the Undergraduate Student government as a Multicultural Senator. While in Marching band she has served as a New Member Representative, Junior Representative, Historian, Logistics Coordinator, and she is currently serving as one of the Band Operational Officers for the 2024-25 season.

Charisma currently lives in Rutland, Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys, hiking, running, volleyball, reading, and singing.
