Rehearsal Room Reservations

Please submit room reservation requests at least 72 hours in advance of the requested date. Same-day requests will not be processed. Be sure to consult the UConn Music Department Course and Room Schedule for room availability. PLEASE NOTE: Clubs and ensembles are only permitted 6 hours per week of reservations. Please keep this in mind when making your reservations.

This form is to be used for booking rehearsal and practice room space.

Rehearsal rooms may be reserved by music majors, music faculty or chamber groups. Please note that the group will be held responsible for any damage incurred to a classroom or practice room during a reserved rehearsal time.
The following rooms may be reserved, subject to availability, and are not available without a reservation: MusB 102, 107, 108, 109, MLib 103 (Classrooms with A/V capability and swipe card access);
